I created this relaxation piece to help calm me. Hopefully it helps someone else.
Here are the words:
Take a slow, deep breath in…
and let it go.
Again… breathe in light…
and let it out,
like a sigh you’ve been waiting your whole life to release.
This moment is yours.
A place where you don’t have to be strong.
Where nothing is expected of you.
You can simply feel.
You can let it all… be here.
There’s no need to hold it together.
No need to hide behind the smile.
No need to pretend that everything’s fine.
You are allowed to let go.
You are allowed to feel.
You’ve carried so much.
So many pieces of unspoken weight.
The quiet hurts,
the old fears,
the tired memories that whisper in the dark.
You don’t need to hold them anymore.
Imagine every breath as a tide,
moving through you.
Each inhale gathers what’s heavy,
each exhale releases it —
back into the sea of light.
You don’t have to name the feeling.
You don’t have to understand it.
You just have to let it move.
Let it flow.
Let it fall.
Maybe there’s a tightness in your chest…
or a weight behind your eyes.
That’s okay.
It’s your heart asking to breathe.
To release.
To be free again.
As you breathe,
imagine a door inside your heart slowly opening.
Behind it,
there’s light.
Soft, warm, golden light.
It spills out,
and every drop of pain begins to dissolve in it.
You don’t need to push.
You don’t need to chase it.
Just let it happen naturally,
as if the universe itself is exhaling through you.
Let go of the need to be perfect.
Let go of the things you never said.
Let go of the weight you carried for others.
Let go of the silence you kept for too long.
You can cry.
You can sigh.
You can tremble.
You can feel nothing at all.
Everything is welcome here.
You are not breaking.
You are opening.
This is what release feels like.
This is healing in motion.
Each breath unwinds another knot.
Each tear waters new life.
Each heartbeat says,
“I am still here.”
And as you let it flow,
notice how your body begins to soften again.
Your chest feels lighter.
Your stomach relaxes.
Your hands unclench.
You begin to feel space —
space inside you where the heaviness once lived.
That space is peace.
That space is freedom.
That space is you,
returning to yourself.
There’s no need to rush this moment.
It’s okay to stay right here.
It’s okay to feel the ache as it fades.
Every feeling that leaves
makes room for something softer.
Something new.
Forgiveness.
Kindness.
Grace.
Let every note wash through you.
Let the vibrations shake loose what’s been buried too long.
You are safe to surrender.
You are safe to feel.
You are safe to heal.
You are allowed to start again.
You are allowed to breathe again.
You are allowed to smile again —
not because you must,
but because you can.
The past is still there,
but it no longer owns you.
It drifts away,
like smoke rising into the open air.
Dissolving.
Fading.
Gone.
You are light now.
You are air.
You are the calm after the storm.
And inside this calm,
you are whole.
You have let go of the weight.
You have let go of the story.
You have let go of everything that isn’t love.
And in its place —
stillness.
Peace.
Breath.
Freedom.

![Schizomanicman - Come Get Me (Its Christmas)
I hope you enjoy my song.
Lyrics:
Come get me… it’s Christmas...
[Verse 1]
I lit the fire, poured the wine,
Put on that dress you say is divine.
No one’s coming, no one’s near,
So why aren’t you already here?
[Pre-Chorus]
I’m not asking twice,
I’m not playing coy.
This Christmas heat
Ain’t for toys.
[Chorus]
Come get me, it’s Christmas,
I’m wrapped and ready to go.
No need for mistletoe,
You already know.
Come get me, it’s Christmas,
I’m burning under the glow.
Don’t keep me waiting,
Let the snowflakes blow.
[Verse 2]
I’ve been good,
But I could be bad.
Unwrap me slow,
Make Santa mad.
The world’s outside,
Let it freeze.
I’ve got warmth
Between these knees.
[Bridge]
“Come get me… it’s Christmas…” (chopped and delayed)
[Chorus - Variation]
Come get me, it’s Christmas,
I’m wrapped and ready to go.
No need for mistletoe,
You already know.
Come get me, it’s Christmas,
I’m burning under the glow.
Don’t keep me waiting,
Let the snowflakes blow.
[Verse 3]
I’m not lonely,
I’m just lit.
Got this body,
Come commit.
No carolers,
No silent night.
Just you and me,
And candlelight.
[Final Chorus]
Come get me, it’s Christmas,
I’m wrapped and ready to go.
No need for mistletoe,
You already know.
Come get me, it’s Christmas,
I’m burning under the glow.
Don’t keep me waiting,
Let the snowflakes blow.
