Well the benevolent subscriber treated me well again. He sent me some Scallops and Lobster from Island Creek Oysters, he also included three 30 gram tins of Caviar.
In this video I cook the scallops in brown butter and the lobster in garlic butter all in my Discada from Southwest Disk. The Dr. Dor’s Lemon Garlic Pepper really made these delicious.
