AHHH... where do i even start? i hate making my descriptions long but... i feel like this time there is no other way.
first, i'm so happy i finally managed to finish a project. i know it may not seem like such a long time since my last upload but to me it felt like a lot, especially with constantly starting projects that i never get around to actually finishing (i will tho! one at a time...)
second, these two... not the actors but the characters; there two i've wanted to vid for over an year now but for some reason everytime i start a project with them, i ended up giving up after putting just a scene or two together. so i don't know what happened for me to finish this project in a couple of days but i'm so grateful for it!
so, i know most of you are confused by now who these characters are but actually i won't get into too much details about the concept - first, because it's pretty self-explenatory & second, because anything i say will be full of spoilers. however, the general idea is about loss, love, hope & salvation. also, there is a little hint at the end of the video and the beginning of the description for what the general theme is about.
hope you'll enjoy it & i sincerely apologize for any caused heartbreak! trust me, my heart is breaking for these two every single time i think of them...

its really not about the number. i never had any desire for growing my channel or gaining popularity of any sort when i decided i want to start vidding again. i started because i remember enjoying it and i wanted to create edits of my beautiful ships (most of which i need to thank for to my best friend, the other half to almost each ship i adore, because they wouldnt exist without her & thank you for being my first and biggest supporter too!).

(two edits in two days? who is she?)
This is officially my first ship edit since I returned to vidding after a long break. Also, its so good to be editing joel again. (i have started a couple of projects with him and havent had the muse to finish them yet.)
Plus, I wanted to use this song since I first heard it and had so many ideas for crossovers but the minute I decided I was going to make an edit of Takeshi & Kristin, I knew it fits them the best.
I dedicate this video to my best friend because shes the one who reminded me how much I love these two and how much more they deserved.
Im still mad about the ending of S1, even four years later. So I hope with this edit, I could at least do them justice and show just how insane their chemistry is. I mean... look at the way they look at each other, care for each other & most of all the way they taunt each other in the beginning, especially Kovacs.

I have a longer version for this ship, which I promise to upload soon since Ive already hinted it a while back on Instagram. In fact, I was supposed to have it up at the beginning of this month but then I realized there are some issues with parts of it I need to fix, then life happened and I was unable to. So, this is something I started on Saturday & finished today; its short but it turns out short is the only way I can go without making it sad, though there is some hidden angst since apparently I cant go without any.
This ship was born out of an au edit I did for my best friends birthday and I could have picked a better name for Joels character, probably, but I was out of ideas then and since I use various sources for his scenes and the character himself is a mixture of all, I think it fits for him to be himself. Its also semi-inspired by a ship her & I created with these face claims, which I might feature in later edits. But these belong to my BillyxCheryl crossover verse and I tried to keep with the original idea for them.
STORY: Cheryls father, Clifford Blossom, runs an illegal business of drug dealing, using his maple syrup one as a cover, which is unknown to Cheryl. Joel is one of the men working for Clifford, which is how he and Cheryl happen to meet in the first place. Obviously, there is some age difference involved but their whole relationship is something they both want and at some point it makes Joel leave the business, so he wouldnt have to lie to Cheryl about it anymore. However, since hes one of the best in his work, Clifford wont let him go and Cheryl can sense there is something going on and it becomes the reason for tension between both. Eventually, Clifford arranges Joels arrest and Cheryl finds out what he does for a living, leaving her feeling hurt and betrayed but ultimately oblivious to her fathers involvement, which later leads Joel to set things clear and brings them back together in the end.
This is the whole story, not featured in this or my other video, which both just focus mainly on their relationship. But I just thought Id share it.
P.S. I really missed creating aesthetically pleasing videos for sure, though I feel aesthetics are part of all my edits.

Honestly, I have mixed emotions about this video. Its been almost two months since Ive finished and uploaded the first part and right then and there I knew I wanted to do a second, however, I was in the middle when I felt lost. This was my first ship with these two and Im still in love with the purity surrounding their relationship and since the first part mainly touched parts of their lives, I wanted this one to give some more depth into the story but also be just as aesthetically pleasing as the first one and I hope Ive managed to do just that.. despite all the struggles Ive encountered along the way.
There was a moment when I thought about giving up and uploading it as part of my unfinished projects but I knew these two deserved better than this. And now Im glad I didnt do that because as I opened this project once more I took another step into my growth when it comes to creating manips in videos. So I hope you enjoy and like it just as much as I do!

I love, love, love the chemistry these two have (and such a wonderful acting to create it with such intensity). It may not be the edit most would expect or enjoy but I just had to do it (i mean... the parallels are insane) & Im totally fine if its just for my own amusement.
I first heard this song from a @luxhna. video (I think it was Kai & Madison one?) and I immediately fell in love with the vibe. Then a couple of days ago I heard it in another edit and realized how perfect it is for the intense toxic romance between these two, so I just had to use it. Ah, its finally finished! Its almost been an year since the movie came out and I wanted to edit it since I first watched it but I had real hard time finding the right song (fun story: I found this one the same day I found Will you follow me into the dark which Ive used for my Darkling/Genya au). I think I have around 3-4 projects with different songs and maybe Ill finish one more, focusing mainly on Ellens experience, but I really wanted one to showcase the beautiful cinematics as well as the twisted story this movie tells. This movie is honestly so good! I still remember each second of it vividly and its by far the best one Ive seen in a long time. If youre into psychological thrillers, I highly recommend it!
