I have a longer version for this ship, which I promise to upload soon since I've already hinted it a while back on Instagram. In fact, I was supposed to have it up at the beginning of this month but then I realized there are some issues with parts of it I need to fix, then life happened and I was unable to. So, this is something I started on Saturday & finished today; it's short but it turns out short is the only way I can go without making it sad, though there is some hidden angst since apparently I can't go without any.
This ship was born out of an au edit I did for my best friend's birthday and I could have picked a better name for Joel's character, probably, but I was out of ideas then and since I use various sources for his scenes and the character himself is a mixture of all, I think it fits for him to be himself. It's also semi-inspired by a ship her & I created with these face claims, which I might feature in later edits. But these belong to my BillyxCheryl crossover verse and I tried to keep with the original idea for them.

STORY: Cheryl's father, Clifford Blossom, runs an illegal business of drug dealing, using his maple syrup one as a cover, which is unknown to Cheryl. Joel is one of the men working for Clifford, which is how he and Cheryl happen to meet in the first place. Obviously, there is some age difference involved but their whole relationship is something they both want and at some point it makes Joel leave the business, so he wouldn't have to lie to Cheryl about it anymore. However, since he's one of the best in his work, Clifford won't let him go and Cheryl can sense there is something going on and it becomes the reason for tension between both. Eventually, Clifford arranges Joel's arrest and Cheryl finds out what he does for a living, leaving her feeling hurt and betrayed but ultimately oblivious to her father's involvement, which later leads Joel to set things clear and brings them back together in the end.

This is the whole story, not featured in this or my other video, which both just focus mainly on their relationship. But I just thought I'd share it.

P.S. I really missed creating aesthetically pleasing videos for sure, though I feel aesthetics are part of all my edits.
