Recipe:
1 package Country Pleasin Pork and Alligator Sausage
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion, diced medium
1 bell pepper, diced medium
1/4 cup Cupcake ButterKissed Chardonnay
Dijon mustard
hot dog buns

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat for one minute. Add the oil,
onions and peppers to the hot pan and sauté until lightly browned; about
3 minutes. Add the wine (or beer) and sauté 30 seconds. Add the sausage
to the pan and sauté; turning often for 3 minutes. Place the sausage on
the buns and top with the onions and peppers. Add mustard if desired.
GRILLED METHOD:
Make the onions and peppers as above in a skillet and grill the sausage.
