Saunas or thermotherapy, is a way of making your body SUPER hot in order to feel better and hopefully have a positive physiological response. The popularity of sauna bathing has increased in recent years, but is there a good reason for it? It may feel good, but the science of saunas may say something else about how they affect your body.
