From Sacrifice to Opportunity — a new employment initiative for military families.
Air India SATS, the Indian Army and Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO) have partnered to create sustainable employment opportunities for Veer Naris, widows and their wards.
The first batch of 10 candidates has joined the workforce at Delhi Airport after completing specialised training at the AISATS Training Academy.
The candidates will work across key airport operations, including Customer Service, Load Control, Cargo Services and Ramp Operations.
The initiative focuses on skill development, employment, financial independence and women’s empowerment, while honouring the sacrifices of India’s armed forces.
