Sandra Bullock is conjuring up some new ink. The Oscar winner debuted a small shoulder tattoo during the Aug. 26 premiere of 'Practical Magic 2' in London. Clad in a strapless, leopard print dress from Givenchy, Bullock bared the delicate design—the letters "L" and "B" intertwined with an exponent of two—while walking the red carpet with costars Nicole Kidman, Joey King and Maisie Williams. Bullock has not publicly spoken out about her tattoo, though the letters appear to be a nod to the initials of her son Louis, 16, daughter Laila, 12, and late partner Bryan Randall, who died in 2023 at 57 after a three-year battle with ALS.
