One Daughter of Aku remains, Ashi, though judging by this episode she won’t be a so-called Daughter of Aku much longer. Jack keeps Ashi alive at the risk of his own life as he ventures through the insides of a monolithic beast, and a ladybug triggers a realization in Ashi that her upbringing contained contradictions. What will the future of the duo be, and how will they get off the tiny island they are stranded on? I can’t wait to find out in the next episode of Samurai Jack!
