Pulsator screw, may be damage, spin cant rotation, and make noise
Open pulsator insde tube, and check screw.
if screw eroded, replace pulsator unit

Tension belt motor to gearbox, may be weak.
I get this problem, spin motor slow, pulsator rotation slow too.
Solution, Slide the motor so that the belt is pulled back
Replace with a new belt M22
Third
Slow spin, relation with bad capacitor
Cable not connect to capacitor and main power
Please check the capacitor connection
Discharge the capacitor, and test with multimeter
Check value capacitor on multimeter and cap label

There are several reasons which may explain why the spin performance of your washing machine does not complete as expected.
One of them problem - Drive Belt, V-belt or Van Belt.
It connects the motor pulley to the drive pulley so the inner tub can spin.

Not enough transmission power from motor to drum pulley.
Look in the access panel to locate the belt.
Search inside of the washing machine rubber belt stretched between the motor and the drum.
A top-loading machine has the belts near the bottom of the drum.
