Zak Wolf | Sam Valentino is down in the dumps... @ZakWolf | Uploaded January 2023 | Updated October 2024, 42 minutes ago.
Well, it turns out HBO Max deceived us all with the 1951-2004 "Looney Tunes" shorts and other cartoons being purged from the service. They initially lied it was just a "maintenance check," but it turns out they're not coming back to the service, due to the service choosing not to renew their licenses to stream those shows. And when Sam Valentino, the private toon detective, blunders on a case, he goes into a slump... for now, at least.
DISCLAIMER: I am not actually that depressed for real. While I am bummed about what HBO Max did, I'm just doing a good acting job here, kind of basing it off Eddie Valiant and Basil of Baker Street's similar slumps when they seem to fail a case. Also, I am not drinking booze for real; again I am just faking it with an empty flask.
