This is an easy and short cook to show how we do grilled salmon (most of the time for just us). Using the basket is easy no muss no fuss and prevents tearing up the fish, and a fast way to get it off the grill in case of fire. Almost fool proof. Most of the time we use the gas grill to cook on for this, but found out it is must more flavorful over the charcoal (just like burgers).
