Salads don't have to be hard to make, you can make one in just a few minutes if that's all you have time for. Set yourself up for success and use things that will help you out with that like microwavable grains, beans from a can, an onion chopper if you have one (which can chop more than just onions). Also remember that if you want to make a meal out of a salad it has to be big enough and filled with filling things like legumes, grains, avocado, sweet potatoes etc. Anyway I hope you like our video and all of my stupid effects 😂
