Camille Saint-Saens' Third (and most famous) Symphony, the "Organ Symphony" closes with what is one of the most amazing pieces of Organ orchestration I have ever heard.

Here is the 2nd half, the Finale, of the 2nd movement (a Maestoso - Piu allegro - Molto allegro) from that Symphony performed by the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra with Edo de Waart at the baton; my personal favorite version (of those that I have; I have 5).

What a marvel!
