SaGa is an interesting game in a lot of ways.
Most people might know the game better under the name Final Fantasy Legend. The direction the series took after leaving handhelds is even crazier.

If you do consider playing SaGa, play the Wonderswan version if possible. It makes for a much better experience, and also lets you play the original to compare the differences between the two versions.
