I don't always rant, but when I do.....
These things (Safe House - Radio Shack 49-535 Digital Key Switch) sit in a weird price anomaly. They have the bare basics for a passcode switch circuit and yet they sell for two or even three times more than any equivalent, even products STILL being manufactured. WHY?
(seriously if you are watching this video for an answer I don't know)
The instruction manual I mentioned can be found here - epanorama.net/sff/Alarms/products/Alarm_-_Radio_Shack_49-535_Digital_Key_Switch.pdf
