I made this build as a way to avoid using Carian Retaliation (because at the time it had the desynced projectiles with broken scaling) but still utilize a spell parry. Really wish this game had more anti magic options, hoping a potential future DLC brings back Anti-Magic Field and Yorshka's Spear (madness/sleep procs are not enough with how free fp abilities are).
