Here is you very very very belated OFFICIAL birthday vid. That other one was a piece of crap and you deserve better! *hugs*

Storyline notes//I'm running out of ways for my characters to commit suicide... ^^;;

Storyline//

After Aerith's death, Cloud finds himself broken beyond repair. Right after she died, as he held her body, he realized he loved her, even though she said she loved Zack. He is on the verge of desperation and seeks contact with Aerith, any kind of contact. He visits her old church and after a long time of waiting, he sees her and Zack standing by the door. Zack waves at him and leaves. Aerith calls out Cloud's name. Happy, he walks towards her.
"Aerith," he says softly as he reaches out towards her. "You're alive."
And then she disappears again.

Cloud is heartbroken. Why did she disappear like that? But Cloud knows now that it is possible for her to "come back." So he starts to return to her church every day, forgetting about Tifa, Denzel and Marlene, and after several weeks, he doesn't even bother to go home anymore. He simply sits in her church, dozing on and off, exhausted.

Aerith reappears to him several months after her first appearance. Cloud gasps and finds himself smiling. He reaches out towards her, desperate to hold her. But Aerith pulls back and shakes her head.
"Don't you understand?" Aerith said. "That's not how it works."
"Then how does it work?" Cloud demands.
"You won't ever see me again," Aerith said as she started to fade. "Not until the day you die."
"AERITH! NO!" screams Cloud, but she is gone by then. Cloud, nearly delirious by then, goes over in his mind how he can see bring her back from the dead, back to him. "AERITH!" he screams. "AERITH!"
When there is no answer, Cloud breaks down and starts crying. He slowly processes Aerith's words through his head.
Until the day you die...
He takes a razor blade and slits his wrist.

While lying on the ground, bleeding to death, Cloud remembers his last moments with Aerith while she was alive. He remembers her death, his numb disbelief, her burial. When Cloud opens his eyes again, he sees Aerith. She is shaking her head sadly, but Cloud smiles.
"You weren't supposed to do that," she said, choking on a sob.
"I love you," Cloud said.
Aerith takes his hand to lead him into the Lifestream with her.
"I love you, too."

Bwehhh it's very mushy xD

Storyline notes//Wanna know how I came up with the razor blade? Well, I was watching Advent Children, and Cloud was raising his sword to blast that mountain Loz punched up with blue magic when I noticed Cloud has NO UNDERARM HAIR
...
