So I thought replacing the roof membrane on this 2009 Cardinal 5th wheel from Forest River would be the most difficult part about getting this unit ready for sale, but it turns out, Forest River made a lot of bad build decisions that now I get to fix. So happily in this video, I finish the roof, but find out I need to replace all the screws and exterior molding and adjust slide outs and replace the awning, and replace the entry door, and install a microwave, and repaint the trailer, and repair the rear cap, and.... the list never seems to end.

However, I hope everyone sees how quickly deferred RV maintenance adds up and how quick a RV flip turns into endless work and losing money and time.
