On Sunday, I headed over to the Town Moor, Newcastle for the Great North 10k, the first of the GNR TRILOGY alongside the 5k and of course, the Great North Run itself (both in early September)!

These events are always big on vibes and big on atmosphere, so much so that I struggled to find somewhere quiet enough to film an intro... turns out, it might just be one of my favourite intros yet!

Join me and 10,000 other runners as we take on one of the biggest 10ks in the region!
