A lack of races this weekend meant that I was looking for another event to film and as such, when Boro Runners got in touch about a parkrun takeover at Stewart Park, Middlesbrough, I was keen to pop down!

It turns out that not only was it a Boro Runners takeover but it was actually in support of Loukas and Lucia who are fundraising for the CATS Foundation - the Cure and Action for Tay Sachs.

Loukas gives an emotional and inspiring talk before the run starts and I've included a link to their fundraising page below:
