First run in the Mizuno Neo Vista 2. This shoe had a lot of promise last year, but there were a couple of things that made it a bit of a mismatch for me. This year, midsole has perked up a bit and the plate is less assertive. I still don’t think the shoe is quite the peppy long run shoe that Mizuno wants it to be, but it sure is a fun max cushion shoe.
