I decided to try to arrange something given 3 hours and this is the product.
2 hours were for composing.
30 minutes for sound editing, and
30 minutes for video editing and to start uploading.

I started by importing the song into Transcribe!,where I put in the beat and measure markers, and figuring out which parts of the music were the same and which were different. This took about 10-15 minutes. Here’s a layout of the measures and parts:
1-16 A
17-24 B
25-32 C
33-40 D
41-44 A’
45-52 B’
53-60 C’
61-68 D’
69-77 E
78-85 D’’
86-91 (D)
So basically I did the five or so sections (ABCDE) , and just copied and pasted them whenever they repeated. I saved the music in Finale as a MIDI. For sound editing, I opened the midi in Synthfont, where I used the akai-steinway soundfont (and a layer of the Equinox grand pianos soundfont). I then opened Audacity, pressed record, brought synthfont back up, and pressed play. When it was done playing, I went back to Audacity, stopped recording, tweaked some things, and saved the file as an MP3. For creating the video, I used MAMPlayer, Bandicam, and Windows Live Movie Maker. I put the midi in MAMplayer, recorded the visual animation of the midi using Bandicam, and synced the MP3 and video in Windows Live Movie Maker.
Then I uploaded the midi and pdf to Mediafire and uploaded the video to YouTube. I planned to have it all done in 3 hours. In the end, I finished and got it uploaded in about 3 hours and 15, so that's not too bad.
