This is one of my favorite pieces from the series. It's not too difficult to play either. I found the sheet music from right here: sheethost.com/tag/kingdom-hearts

To make this I used:
Adobe Reader
Paint (I pressed the PRT SCR (print screen key) while I had the score open in adobe reader)
Synthfont (where I used the akai-steinwayiii soundfont)
Windows Live Movie Maker
