Before the dawn’s first light on Saturday, Feb. 3, a company of committed athletes will forge their fitness on the shores of Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas. Healthcare experts and CrossFit athletes, coaches, and affiliate owners will hit a ruck before coming together to talk fitness and health at the CrossFit For Health Summit.
Can’t make the trip? Register for access to the livestream of Summit lectures and panels, then gear up to ruck with the rest of the CrossFit community for Saturday’s CrossFit.com Workout of the Day: a 3-mile ruck or 4-mile run.
