The RPO is proud to be partnering with Poilâne for a concert of French orchestral music at Cadogan Hall on Thursday 23 May. RPO trombonist Matt Gee and cellist Rachel van der Tang had the opportunity to visit one of their artisanal bakeries and prepare some of Poilâne’s signature sourdough!
