Game #516 is Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time on Nintendo DS, a JRPG.

The brothers are back, and now in baby form! In the past, baby Mario & Luigi visit the Princess when the party is crashed by Bowser, but during their fight, aliens suddenly show up and start attacking the castle!

Meanwhile, In the present, Professor E. Gadd has invented a time machine, and Peach heads off in it to explore the past. Expecting her return, instead a battered time machine shows up out of a Time Hole and an alien jumps out!
