Game #520 (FFWD #44) is Gothic Classic on Switch, a PC/Western RPG.
Originally out on PC in 2001, Gothic Classic is an enhanced port of Gothic with some streamlined UI and controller controls.
In order to prevent escape from an ore mining colony where convicts are sent, a magical barrier was erected, but something had gone awry and the barrier grew much larger than expected, covering the entire valley. The prisoners overtook the guards and split into 3 camps, trading the ore with the outside for necessities.
You're a new convict being sent into the barrier, given a letter for the mages inside; will you find a way back out of the barrier?
