This is the assembling process of my RP2040-ADS1256 DAQ board. It takes some patience to place all the components in their place, especially the 0402 ones. But with a good tweezer and a microscope camera, it is only a matter of time. The reflowing was done on my DIY reflow station which has been serving me for some years without issues. Some components were trying to escape, but I corrected their behaviour during the reflow. It was probably due to the somewhat old solder paste, who knows!?
