The Royal Exhibition Building is a fascinating and unique UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Melbourne, Australia. Constructed in the 1880s, the Royal Exhibition Building is one of the last grand exhibition buildings still remaining in the world. It dates from a time when Melbourne was one of the world's richest cities, and held an exhibition on par with the great Exhibitions of the northern hemisphere like London, Paris, and Chicago. Since then it's been used for a variety of other purposes, and it's absolutely gorgeous both inside and out. Let's have a closer look!
