I suppose being "down in the dumps" is a mild and temporary form of depression. I'm sure the majority of us get it from time to time. I believe allowing yourself time to unwind in a peaceful environment can help pick you up.

Please don't think I'm saying that all you have to do if you suffer from depression is spend a few minutes by a river. I've seen how some people suffer and I know it doesn't work that way. I'm fortunate enough not to be one that suffers. So this is in no way, me feeling sorry for myself. Motorcycle therapy works for me.

For anyone that does suffer from depression, I think you know what to do. First you have to admit you need help, and then you have to actively find the help. I don't know how to put that without sounding patronising, sorry.

Thank you for watching.
