Max power 590 bhp at 2400 rpm. The magnetos have a centrifugal contact which limits the rpm by misfire, you can see this on the rpm readout at 2490 rpm. 27 litre V12 petrol engine with overhead camshafts, 4 valves per cylinder and forged bottom end...all designed in 1933.
