The delivery of fusion energy is a multi-generational endeavour. During this session we will discuss the skills that need to be promoted, and ways for F4E of engaging with younger generations to join this field. In addition, we will be highlighting the key fusion technologies that Europe needs to develop to be in the lead. Some of the questions to be addressed: What talent and skills for the future workforce? What are the critical technologies we need to develop?
