LOOK, MA! I RECORDED MY OWN HD30+FPS FOOTAGE! WOW WAS THOSE CLIPS FROM 10 YEARS AGO HECKING DATED AND FUZZY. WHY DID I NOT DO THIS SOONER?!!
ALSO, WOULD YOU BELIEVE I STARTED THIS PROJECT DECEMBER 31ST OF 2018?!! Before this week, I didn't touch it since April of 2019! I told you I was wanting to make some Jill/Sheva shit for awhile! I don't remember starting this, and I didn't even know what the heck I initially even wanted as this song was a minute and a half minute longer, but only had the first 20 seconds done (which is how I discovered it was a JillxSheva video at least, cuz wow was I lost!).
Also, this shit was hard. At least that last bridge segment was. I kept changing my mind over, and over, because I felt it could be better, or it didn't make sense because it didn't play with how the initial canon played out.
So I let it sit for a day or so, cuz usually I like to get a project done in a day because I am determined to finish it by the time I go to bed--which can be for better, or worse.
I really hope to look into other games with Jill, even if the hair color won't match just to give me more opportunities to manip Sheva & Jill together cuz Jill's role is so short and sweet in this game.
I guess in this story they (mainly Sheva, as it's her POV) finally let go of any inhibitions to finally talk to each other in a casual way, no worries of what happened in Kijuju, or the entrapment of redtape in the BSAA--just as acquaintances, or maybe friends. All to hopefully open up a future romantic relationship. That bridge is intended as a metaphor, maybe playing with how they initially interacted when they first met. Initially, I wanted to end the video with a kiss--but it was too forward in how coy the relationship played throughout the song before it. Maybe one day....

How exciting it is to be part of this project! I defiantly felt a little press for time when I got back into school and I had projects spring up, but its done, and its beyond worth it.
If you can recall, this was a beta that I always wanted to complete. It isnt the the same in the slightest, especially since my computer has been wiped twice since then, but I tried the same coloring, and text-feel I did in the original. Better? Maybe not. But I feel accomplished.
How does this fit the foreign theme? Simple! Lets have a crash course: Miku Hinasaki is a Japanese citizen who has traveled to America to survive the zombie apocalypse that has run rampant in her homeland, and she meets Ellis, a Georgia native and simple mechanic. Neither share a language, but somehow their body language just keeps attracting them together. Its a love that has no barriers!
(OMG GUYZ IVE NEVER HAD THEM KISS IN A VIDEO BEFORE. STOP DA PRESSES!)
This video is from Elliss point of view, and I intended for how Ellis gets beaten down while chasing Miku to not be so literal, but rather how Ellis feels trying to get Mikus attention and affection. Almost until all hope is lost, finally, her eye is caught.
I just find this song so very fitting to these two, especially since Ellis is from the south, specifically Georgia (however Louisiana being the state with the greatest amount of those with Cajun ethnicity in America. Ive known of Cajuns all the way into Florida, though). And if I am not mistaken, Cajuns originally spoke French, and... lezbehonest, I dont see Ellis taking Spanish. And Miku being Japanese.... Oh, Jesse, you wrote this just for these people, didnt you? You are the true creator of the crack that is Miku and Ellis, arent you! And to think I was original.
Please ignore the fact that in the original Fatal Frame scenes she technically is seventeen and underage lol There is an abundance of scenes with her actually DOING things in the game she stars in, naturally. I mean, its an apocalypse, wheres the law now?!
