Left = Fighting him after Sephiroth
Right = Fighting him right before Jafar
Neither of these is perfect but it gives a rough idea.
Right loses 15-20 seconds but lets you save roughly 7 seconds on jafar, as well as making hyenas 2 much more consistent.
Not sure if buying an extra accessory to use after hyenas 2 is worth it yet. If so, it could save enough time to make this worth doing.

Uses 2 ethers and 1-2 potions.
If Donald dies at the start heal him. Throw another potion on him during the first duckflare as shown here.
Saves close to 5 seconds and should guarantee donalds survival, unless you corner yourself before the second duckflare.
You can save 1 more second by doing another Reflect Slapshot Reflect combo before the last duckflare, but the timing is really tight.")
