This video shows the final assembly steps in the Rotary Revolution. We'll start by adding the plywood blade arms that have the hinge pivot points. Then we'll show the process of balancing the blades, so that they all weigh the same, and have the exact same mass. Finally, we'll install the blades into the clevis portions of the rotor hub. The pins are glue into place to make sure they don't fall out.
The last step is to trim the overall length of the rocket to 500mm to meet the criteria for FAI competition. If you aren't doing competition, then basically you're done at this point and ready to fly the rocket. Tape the rocket motor in, and have fun!
