This video completes the assembly of the Gyro Chaser helicopter rocket. We'll start by balancing the blades so that they all weigh the same, and so that they balance in the same location. Then they will be installed onto the hinge arms of the hub. Once installed, they'll be bonded in place using thin super glue. When the glue is hard, you can install the rubber bands that activate the blades and pull them into the open position. At this point, the rocket is ready to fly. You'll fold the blades down, and stuff the shock cord and the blades into the tube, and put on the nose cone. The last thing to do is install the rocket motor and tape it into place.
Have fun chasing!
