Previously, Rosa is considered a rather weak operator because of her skill designs - She has THE BEST talent for a physical damage dealer, but her skills can only dish out very limited damage, with some absurd cycling or mininal ATK modifiers. With the new module, Rosa gets an insane buff to her ability to deal with heavy (weight 3+) enemies, making her skills, although unchanged, deal almost twice the damage.
