Unlike Ifrit's Δ Module, Viviana does start with a respectable base damage number. The high damage-to-injury rate (18% vs. 8% of Ifrit Δ) makes it so that she can trigger burn burst even for enemies with very high RES. When multiple skill uses are required, her auto-attacks off skill also help her accumulate injury for her to burst down the target in skill. Overall much more comfortable using than many other Element delta modules, likely only behind Logos Δ.
