My 2023 Oddments KAL starts 1 November!
Today: part 3 of knitting my Essential Bucket Hat. We're up to the first braid! This is a modified version of an Estonian (aka Vikkel) braid I like to use with bulky yarns because I think it's less fiddly. I'll also be featuring some patterns that start with a tubular cast-on, I'll show you my very favorite method to do that cast-on, and I'll talk about why this it's so amazing!
