When we replace or carry out maintenance on a propeller, we have to test it at much higher speeds and loads than we would use at public displays. I started by running it up to 2800 rpm, which is 200 rpm below take-off speed, but at a lower power due to the blade pitch and reduced diameter. Then it is load tested at 2400 rpm in the nest video. Headphones recommended!
