I recently purchased a Rolleicord III off eBay. I thought I got a bargain, but did I??
The Rolleicord III was made from 1950-1953, so this camera is at least 67 years old, possibly 70 years old. The focusing screen has been replaced with one that is supposedly brighter and clearer, but other than that I'm not aware of any major issues.
To the naked eye the camera looks clean and in pretty good condition for its age! But alas, it does have some problems, and I didn't find out until I had processed the film and saw the images. Watch the video, see how the shots turned out!
