Just got Robocop: Rogue City because it's on sale for $4 on Steam until the 25th. But, I can definitely see why. LoL the game is just stupid fun but also, clunky as hell.
I get a nice, smooth 60 fps at my native resolution during gameplay but, the cutscenes are like watching slideshows. I think it has to do with some kind of texture caching used by the game. Because, on my second playthrough, the cutscenes were just as smooth as the gameplay.
