Here's a quick video on how to access the security room to upgrade your ID bracelet in the Wave of the Future mission. This is the section of that mission where you're trying to get into Operations. In order to get the keycode, you first need a clue from a locked room, but the clue is complex and involved me getting my wife to help because she's better at maths than I am. LOL what an idiot I am.
