We produced a series of videos for the "ROCKET" project, this one is about "SAIL PRO".
Within the "SAIL PRO" project, two main goals are addressed that benefit from the adaptation of a liquid layer on a material surface during laser processing. On the one hand, high-quality processed products can be produced, so that the quality of the laser-processed surface is improved.
On the other hand, the nanoparticulate material that is released during laser processing is trapped in the liquid and can be used for nanointegration, for example in polymers to modify the polymer properties.
