Ingredients:
50g sago pearl (tapioca pearl can be substitution)
150g sweet potato
150g taro
10g beet root
80ml water
100g tapioca starch
a can of coconut milk (400ml)
400ml water
60g palm sugar
3 pandan leaves
banana
mango
Instructions:
1. soak sago pearl for 30 minutes.
2. steam sweet potato and taro for 10 minutes.
3. make beet juice with beet and water. then strain.
4. bring beet juice to a boil and mix it with tapioca starch. knead well.
5. boil tapioca jelly until it starts to float. transfer into water.
6. put coconut milk, water and palm sugar together in a pot. add pandan leaves then simmer for 5 - 10 minutes. remove pandan leaves.
7. add sago pearl, sweet potato, taro and tapioca jelly.
8. add banana and mango.
9. It can be served hot or cold. as you wish ;)

さつまいも 150g
タロイモ 150g（里芋や山芋で代用可）
ビーツ 10g
水 80ml
タピオカスターチ 100g
ココナッツミルク １缶（400ml）
水 400ml
パームシュガー 60g
パンダンリーフ 3枚
バナナ 適量
マンゴー 適量
「作り方」
１、サゴパールを30分ほど浸水します。
２、さつまいもとタロイモを10分ほど蒸します。
３、ビーツと水でビーツジュースを作ります。
４、ビーツジュースを沸騰させ、タピオカスターチに加えて手早く混ぜ合わせます。
５、タピオカゼリーを茹でます。表面に浮いてきたら水に移します。
６、ココナッツミルク、水、パームシュガー、パンダンリーフを鍋に入れ、弱火で5〜10分ほど煮てパンダンリーフを取り出します。
７、サゴパール、さつまいも、タロイモ、タピオカゼリーを加え、少し煮ます。
８、バナナとマンゴーを加えます。
９、温かいままでも、冷たいままでも美味しく召し上がれます。

Ingredients: makes 2 small rectangular cake pan
400g all purpose flour
500g fresh tomatoes
100g olive oil
50g dried tomatoes
30g basil leaves
30g pine nuts
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. put fresh tomatoes into a blender container and blend.
2. add dried tomato and let them soak for an hour.
3. combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
4. bake at 356F/180C for 45 minutes.
5. Enjoy!!!

I wasnt vegan when I was living in Australia 15 years ago. I also didnt know much about food from all around the world but Australia is such a land of immigrants and working as a chef assistant at a cafe and enjoying eating out a lot with my friends gave me so much experience and knowledge about food.
Im not sure when I can travel to Australia next time but until then, Im going to enjoy different varieties of food from Australia :)

Ingredients:
For the sushi rice :
450g rice
60g rice vinegar
2 tbsp beet sugar
1 tsp salt
For the orange sesame sauce :
200g orange
40g soy sauce
40g olive oil
40g toasted white sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
400g tempeh
300g broccoli
300g pumpkin
200g asparagus
200g mushroom
olive oil
salt and pepper
2 sheets nori
400g avocado
For garnish :
winter cherries
toasted white sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. make sushi rice. in a small cup, combine rice vinegar, beet sugar and salt then set aside until it dissolves. cook rice and then pour sushi vinegar over the rice and mix well.
2. in a blender, mix all the ingredients for the orange sesame sauce. pour some of it over tempeh.
3. cut vegetables in a bite size and drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. put them with tempeh in an oven and bake at 356F/180C for 30 minutes.
4. Plate sushi rice, nori sheets, avocado, vegetables, tempeh, winter cherries, sesame seeds. drizzle orange sesame sauce or soy sauce as you like.
5. Enjoy!

酢飯
お米 3合
米酢 60g
てん菜糖 大さじ2
塩 小さじ1
オレンジセサミソース
オレンジ 200g
醤油 40g
白入りゴマ 40g
オリーブオイル 40g
塩 小さじ1/2
テンペ 400g
ブロッコリー 300g
アスパラ 200g
カボチャ 300g
マッシュルーム 200g
オリーブオイル 適量
塩 適量
胡椒 適量
海苔 ２枚
アボカド 400g
鬼灯 適量
白胡麻 適量
「作り方」
１、寿司酢の材料を混ぜ合わせておき、炊いたお米と混ぜ合わせ酢飯を作る。
２、オレンジセサミソースの材料をブレンダーで混ぜる。ソースの一部をテンペに絡める。
３、野菜を適当な大きさに切り、オリーブオイル、塩・胡椒をして２と一緒にオーブンに入れて180℃で30分ほど焼く。
４、酢飯、海苔、テンペ、野菜、鬼灯、白胡麻、の順に盛り付け、オレンジセサミソースをかけて食べます。
５、エンジョーイ！

160g beet sugar
dry ingredients :
100g chickpea flour
260g rice flour
40g almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 bananas
Instructions:
1. blend all the wet ingredients in a blender.
2. combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with the wet mixture.
3. bake at 180C/356F for 45 minutes

２、粉系を篩にかけ、１と混ぜ合わせる。
３、180℃で45分くらい焼く。
