One of my fave things to make when I’m feeling blue or just generally under the weather. 🥰

I made it during our last snow day here in Colorado and it cheered me up a bit. ❄️

It’s like chicken noodle soup (onions, celery, carrots, herbs), but with 2 whole heads of roasted garlicky goodness blended in to give the soup extra flavor and body. 🥕🥬
