INGREDIENTS:
410 g Chickpeas thoroughly drained and rinsed
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Sea Salt
STEP 1: HEAT OVEN:
Heat the oven to 200C and arrange a rack in the middle.
STEP 2: RINSE:
Drain and rinse the chickpeas and dry with a clean tea towel.
STEP 3: MIX INGREDIENTS:
Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients until evenly coated.
STEP 4: BAKE AND SERVE:
Spread the chickpeas in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 25-35 minutes, tossing the chickpeas halfway through cooking, until golden and crispy.
