We attempt to drive 2 of my rat trucks 700 km into the desert to join up with some crazy petrol heads for madness on a dry lake bed, or pan, as we call it here. Both Flytrap, the 51 Chevy rat truck and Crackpot, the 78 Ford F100, departs early on a cold and rainy morning for Pandemonium 2024. Will we get there?
