The Locality Tell is one of the most powerful Rules of Acquisition. It shows that most science is wrong in spite of the giving accurate answers. Scientists had something similar to it called the Locality Principle; however, nearly 100 years ago, a coalition headed by Albert Einstein intentionally castrated it.
